You are responsible for observing the allergens listed on the labels and to note, as highlighted on the website, that the cakes are prepared in an environment where nuts may be present.


Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Your purchases are bound by English Law. You agree to abide by these terms and conditions when you place an order.


I reserve the right to change the prices of the cakes on the website, but the price of ordered cakes will be honoured. If you have a bespoke order (E.g. larger cake), a non-refundable deposit may be payable.


Your order must be paid in full either by PayPal, cleared cheque or receipt of postal order before your order is dispatched. If your payment is reversed in any way, an administrative fee may be charged.

Delivery (Within the UK)

You are responsible for collecting your order if you are not available to accept the Royal Mail delivery and I am not responsible for any resulting late delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that, if delivery is made to a non-residential address, arrangements for the receipt of the order have been made. Delivery will not be made on Sundays or Bank Holidays. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is correct. I am not liable for either non-delivery or late delivery of items where the provided address is incorrect or incomplete. Where an item is confirmed to have been lost in the post, a full refund of the order will be made as long as non-receipt is notified with 48 hours of expected receipt.

Cancellation and Return

You may be charged an administrative fee upon cancellation of an order. If you cancel a bespoke order (E.g. for a larger cake), any deposit paid is non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with the cake, the full amount paid will be refunded provided that the remaining cake is returned. If the cake has been damaged in transit, you must notify me within 24 hours of receipt. Under certain circumstances, I may ask for evidence of damage which should be provided within 7 days. No claim can exceed the amount paid for the order.


Cakes will be dispatched as soon as possible following receipt of cleared payment. All orders are sent Economy Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard) with an estimated delivery within 4-5 working days from receipt of payment. If the cakes are out of stock or there is an expected delay in dispatch, you will be notified as soon as possible so that you can decide whether you still wish to order.


Your order may vary slightly from the websites illustrated photographs. I reserve the right to turn down an order from a customer.
